Managing Partner USA
Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Cordoba (FCE-UNC), Argentina, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Business – Boston College, USA (Strategy and Finance). Has over 30 years of experience in senior and executive positions in operations/supply chain, sales and finance with international companies like Arcor, Alpina (Colombia), Garland (USA) and other, and has worked in more than 10 countries in Latin and North America. Awarded the “Carroll GSOM Scholarship” (Boston College) and the “IERAL-Mediterranean Foundation Scholarship”.
He is an active member of SCORE/SBA and member of various Latin-American chambers of commerce. He is a Director of the Argentine-American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) of Florida and Professor of International Business Management at St Thomas University in Miami.
Federico Weissbein

Certified Public Accountant (CPA), graduated from the National University of Córdoba (FCE-UNC), Argentina and earned his Magister Degree in Formulation, Evaluation and Management of Investment Projects, from the Graduate School FCE-UNC. He holds a Diploma in Escrow Management and a Diploma in Management and Direction of Family Businesses from the Graduate School of University Siglo 21 (UES21). He is also certified in Management of Non-Profit Organizations by the Catholic University of Cordoba (UCC), Argentina. Has over 25 years of experience in consulting and private practice in accounting for businesses.
He teaches “Commercial Corporations” as a Professor at the Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico (UNDEF) for the Public Accountant and Bachelor in Business Administration programs. He is also Assistant Professor of “Economy and Communication” at the School of Communications Sciences (UNC), for the Bachelor in Social Communication program.

Natalia Fridman is an immigration attorney and a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2001 with a specialization in International Law and settled in the United States shortly afterwards. In 2005 she earned a Master’s Degree in Comparative Law from the University of Miami.
Her focuses on business visas for investors and corporate clients, and visas for extraordinary abilities in the fields of advertising, the arts, sports, TV & Radio, entertainment and academic achievements.
Natalia has participated in numerous international conferences and seminars as speaker, explaining all the available possibilities, requirements, and processes related to immigration to the US.

He is a founding partner of MTR & Associates, where he leads the tax, commercial and audit advisory departments. He has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, national and international tax planning, mergers, acquisitions, and business reorganizations.
He also works with multinational corporations on complex cross-border tax matters, including foreign tax credits, repatriation planning, ASC 740 and FINCEN reporting, and tax structuring for expatriates and immigrants. He is also a specialist in international estate planning and U.S. tax strategies on foreign investments in real estate.

With more than 25 years of experience in organizational leadership and human capital strategy in multinational companies and in the international consulting field, she is the founder and CEO of Gentile & Asociados Consultores in Buenos Aires. For more than 16 years, the firm has focused on organizational strategy and attracting executive talent, with operations in Argentina, the USA and Spain.
Laura is a specialist in organizational diagnosis, leadership development and strategic head hunting, working with CEOs and management teams to improve competitiveness and sustainability of businesses. She was Coordinator of the Women’s Business Committee at the Argentine-American Chamber of Commerce in Florida. She lives in Spain, from where she promotes business articulation between Argentina, the United States and that country.
